1. SCOPE

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the site www.tchungle.fr.

2. ORDERS

Validation of the order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale, fully and without reservation.

3. PRICE

The prices indicated in Euro are deemed to be inclusive of VAT, excluding shipping costs.
SARL LES REINBAU (Commercial name: Tchungle) reserves the right to modify its price at any time without notice, knowing that the products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force when the order is recorded.
The price is payable in full and in a single payment when ordering.
All orders are invoiced and payable in Euros by credit card via the secure Monetico payment gateway or by Paypal.

4. DELIVERY

SARL LES REINBAU offers several delivery methods:
– in Click & Collect, in its shops in Strasbourg (20, rue de la division Leclerc and 16b, rue de Molsheim)

- delivery by bike in the CUS via our partner Cyclgogne (https://www.lacyclgogne.com/)

5. RESERVES ON STATE, QUANTITIES AND TITLE

Any complaint concerning the number, the condition of the parcels and the titles must be notified directly at the time of the withdrawal of the parcel from the store.

6. RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

The products remain the property of SARL LES REINBAU until the final collection of the price in its entirety.
On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products is effective upon delivery and receipt of the order by the buyer.

7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our returns policy lasts 14 days .

So if 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Plants are living beings and are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, but can also recover with care. As a result, we cannot make any returns, exchanges or refunds concerning them.

The information requested from you is necessary to process and fulfill your orders.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

The settlement of any dispute between the parties, whatever their nature and cause, will be submitted to the Courts of Strasbourg. The parties elect domicile at the address of the registered office of SARL Les Reinbau and the place of delivery on the date of the order for the Customer.
