Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) is a herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family. This species is one of the messicole plants that are becoming increasingly rare. It is sometimes called Audifoin, Barbeau, Blavelle, Cornflower, Casse-lunettes, Cornflower or Fleur de Zacharie.
