Eggplant 'Little Finger' ORGANIC | Alsagarden seeds

Eggplant 'Little Finger' is a variety that produces clusters of 5 to 6 very fine fruits of the “Lebanese” type, resembling fingers, to be harvested when young. Their shiny dark purple skin encloses a soft flesh.

Seeds are sown indoors, in a warm place, about 10 weeks before planting in the vegetable patch, around mid-May. Transplant the entire root ball, burying the stem up to the first leaves. Eggplants appreciate sunny exposures and rich soils.
